Third-party software, names, logos and trademarks mentioned on this site and on Adist SkyMarket (for example Microsoft, Google, Mozilla, Apple, MAGIX) belong to their respective owners. Adist is not affiliated with, nor endorsed by, these owners. Wherever possible, SkyMarket links to the official download page of the publisher.
If you are a rights holder and believe that content or a file available on this site infringes your rights, please write to adist.pro@hotmail.com with the exact address of the page and a description of your rights. The content will be reviewed and, where justified, promptly removed.
Liability disclaimer
The publication director disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damage that may result from the use of the programs and content offered on this site. Contact form
When you use the form on the Contact page, the name, email address, subject and message you enter are used to open your own email client
(via a mailto: link) with a message addressed to adist.pro@hotmail.com. This data does not pass through our servers:
it only reaches us once you send the email. Messages are kept in our mailbox for 12 months at most to process your request, then deleted.
Legal basis: legitimate interest (answering your request).
Technical connection data
Our hosting providers may process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) as part of normal server operation. We do not run any audience analytics or advertising profiling on this site.
Retention period
- Contact messages: 12 months at most.
- Technical data stored in your browser: see the table below; you can delete it at any time.
Recipients and transfers outside the EU
- GitHub (Microsoft) — stores the site's code and the Help Center articles.
- Cloudflare (cdnjs) — delivers the Font Awesome icon library used on some pages; your IP address is transmitted to it when such a page loads.
- Netlify — hosts the website (see "Hosting provider").
These providers are established in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or, failing that, on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before), and to data portability where applicable. To exercise these rights, for example to request the deletion of your contact message, write to adist.pro@hotmail.com specifying the request concerned. We may ask you to prove your identity if necessary and will answer within one month.
If you believe that your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority: CNIL, 3 Place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — www.cnil.fr.
Cookies and trackers
This site uses neither advertising cookies nor audience-measurement or advertising trackers (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels).
It only uses technical trackers stored locally in your browser (localStorage / sessionStorage) that are strictly necessary
to provide the features you request (Help Center, mobile display) or to remember your choices.
As such, they are exempt from consent under Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, and no consent is required.
The cookie banner informs you of their use and lets you manage them.
